How to take the Xtratus beet ?

Nitric oxide concentrations in the blood reach their maximum 1-2 hours after ingestionThe suggested dose before training is 400mg - 600mg.

It is possible consume other nitrate intakes during the activity. Mainly in longer training sessions or races.

The peak of action occurs between one and two hours after consumption and can last up to 6 hours.

BEFORE:

Mix 1 1/2 scoops (45g) in 400ml of water. Shake well until dissolved and consume before exercise to ingest about 400mg of nitrate in addition to carbohydrates and minerals.

DURING:

CONCENTRATED:

Use a proportion of up to 5 scoops with water by soft flask 250 ml. It takes 30 g to 140 g of carbohydrates, with sodium and mineral salts in a practical way.
