Use a proportion of up to 5 scoops with water by soft flask 250 ml. It takes 30 g to 140 g of carbohydrates, with sodium and mineral salts in a practical way.
LIQUID:
Use the proportion of 3 scoops in 700 ml of water. Here we will have a more liquid intra-workout drink, and we may or may not carry an additional water bottle.
ISOTONIC
Use the proportion of 1 scoop for 500 to 700 ml of water. The concentration of carbohydrates per ml will be lower and the focus will be on electrolytes.
