EMPLOYMENT LEAD

Blood nitric oxide concentrations peak 1-2 hours after ingestion. The suggested pre-workout dose is 400mg - 600mg.

It is possible to consume other nitrate doses during activity. Mainly in longer training sessions or races.

Mix 1 ½ scoops (45g) in 400ml of water. Shake well until dissolved and consume before exercise to ingest approximately 400 mg of nitrate in addition to carbohydrates and minerals.

Use a ratio of up to 5 scoops with water per 250ml soft flask. Provides 30g to 140g of carbohydrates, with sodium and mineral salts in a practical way.

LIQUID

Use a ratio of 3 scoops in 700 ml of water. This will create a more liquid intra-workout drink, with or without an additional water bottle.

ISOTONIC

Use a ratio of 1 scoop per 500 to 700 ml of water. The carbohydrate concentration per ml will be lower and the focus will be on electrolytes.
