Objective: light recovery and muscle support

Recommended dose: 1 and ½ scoops of 30g (45g in total) up to 30 minutes after training.

Provides about 31g of carbohydrates and 8g of protein, sufficient after moderate efforts.

Alternative: 1 scoop of 30g if the session was very light or regenerative.


LONG WORKOUTS (> 60 - 180 MINUTES) OR HIGH INTENSITY

Objective: complete energy and muscle recovery.

Recommended dose: 3 scoops of 30g (90g in total) up to 30 minutes after training.

Ideal proportion to restore glycogen, prevent muscle catabolism, and replenish electrolytes lost through sweat.


ADDITIONAL TIPS

Dilute in water or plant-based drink for better absorption and comfort.

Ideally, take it within 30 minutes after exercise.

If the effort has been very intense (for example, a competition or double session), an additional half portion can be taken 1 hour later.
