It is possible to prepare up to 180g of your favorite Xtratus drink in concentrated form.

It features a wide opening for easy filling at service stations, combined with a intuitive bite valve.

1 hour of exercise:

3 scoops of your favorite Xtratus in 180ml of water
81g of carbohydrates
700mg sodium + K, Mg, P, Ca, Cl

2 hours of exercise:

6 scoops of your favorite Xtratus in 100ml of water
162g of carbohydrates
1400mg sodium + K, Mg, P, Ca, Cl

For longer workouts, you can carry several water bottles or prepare portions in reusable ziploc bags to refill at aid stations.
